tikj Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on tikj.io, by accessing any part of the tikj platform, or by placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with any supplementary rules, bonus terms, game-specific rules, and the tikj Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you access the tikj platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that third party to these Terms & Conditions and that by doing so you accept these terms on that party's behalf. tikj will not be responsible for any unauthorised use of the platform by or on behalf of a third party.

Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the tikj platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual person acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any commercial entity for wagering purposes.
• You have not previously been excluded from the tikj platform, either voluntarily through a self-exclusion request or by way of a tikj-imposed account restriction.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a tikj employee or contractor in a role that creates a conflict of interest with respect to platform use.

tikj reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or during a periodic account review. Acceptable documents include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or the withholding of pending withdrawals pending further review.

Account Registration & Management

Each player may hold only one active tikj account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must notify tikj promptly of any changes to your contact information, payment details, or identification documents.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. tikj will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact tikj support at [email protected] immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals

tikj accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in BDT. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed within the tikj account cashier section and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your tikj account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. tikj is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network operator downtime, or bank processing times that are outside of tikj's direct control.

Bonuses & Promotions

tikj offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and IPL, and other incentive programmes from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including minimum deposit thresholds, wagering multipliers, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus winnings.

General bonus conditions that apply to all tikj promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise include the following:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed via the tikj platform are subject to the specific rules of the market in question, as well as any sport-specific or event-specific rules published within the tikj sports betting section. In the absence of specific rules for a given market, the general betting rules set out in this section shall apply.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the tikj platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account credentials without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during registration or verification.

• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome or wagering conditions of any game or bet.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic access restrictions or account-level controls applied by tikj.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing tikj staff or other users through any communication channel.

Security & Privacy

tikj's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their tikj account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tikj does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or events outside tikj's reasonable control — including but not limited to telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or force majeure events — may result in temporary service interruptions. tikj will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where feasible.

Account Termination & Suspension

tikj reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or conduct that tikj reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Players may voluntarily close their tikj account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after the settlement of all open bets will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Accounts closed as a result of a self-exclusion request will not be reopened for the duration of the self-exclusion period, regardless of subsequent requests by the player to reactivate the account. tikj takes self-exclusion requests seriously and will not process reopening requests during an active exclusion window.

Amendments to These Terms

tikj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, tikj will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and will publish the updated Terms & Conditions on this page with a revised effective date.
